DARE TO ASK ?

From the beginning of the universe human being of any color and race always yearned for justice. Every belief and faith is based upon justice. Injustices of any kind, how minor result in struggles with names subject to perception. War on terrorism is also the result of injustices committed on 9/11. Revenge begets revenge and the cycle of violence continues as normal aspect of life. However we realized only when it hits us or involved our loved ones.

Present war on terror, war in Afghanistan and Iraq, the Arab spring and continuing onslaught on Pakistan is connected with Columbus as initially this blog was started on Columbus day to investigate the global impact of his discovery.................profound global impact it is!!.............Read on.........

Dr. Mohammad Iqbal - Philosopher ahead of his time

Today is 9th of November, 2014. Most of us may have forgotten the importance of this day when exactly 137 years ago Iqbal was born in Sailkot, Pakistan.  Today is the 138th birthday of Iqbal.  At the time of this birth who would have known that this child born today shall influence the world, specifically Muslims and his message and thoughts would become the basis for home to Muslims in sub-continent.  This article was written two years ago for the philosophy class during my doctoral program.

On this day remembering Dr. Iqbal, I dedicated this essay to Positive Pakistan Foundation, Islamabad an organization dedicated to the ideology of Pakistan and Iqbals ‘two nation theory’.  All positivists’: Congratulations on organizing 12th Young Leaders Summit.

Among thinkers, philosophers and poets that sub-continent is credited for, Iqbal can be considered as the prime jewel of all. Among the people subjugated by the colonial rulers in sub-continents, Muslims were at the lowest totem pole. Mentally depressed and lacking any will, Muslims were the downtrodden, not just in sub-continent but around the world after the fall of Ottoman Empire. During such times, Iqbal redress the religion of Islam, deconstruct the prevailing phenomenon and re-construct the identity of Muslims. In doing so he made every effort to alleviate the threat that Muslims feel from the modern education and advancement in science and technology by the West. Iqbal is a philosopher and thinker much ahead of his time, even the current times. His logical interpretation of Quran’s concept of time and space was finally affirmed by Einstein in his theory of relativity. Iqbal interpreted Quran and teachings of Islam in light of logic, and wanted to integrate these teachings with the advancements of science and technology as he believed that the only way to move forward and counter the change is to move with it but keeping his faith intact.

Silent Screams !!

Silent Screams ! !
As the War on Terror progresses to phase II – ‘Psychological War’, the Muslims remains in disarray and disintegrated in thoughts and actions to the point where they are forgetting long cherished concept of ‘Ummah’ and brotherhood. Even some mosques and Islamic center in North America have boarded the band wagon of ‘Psychological War’ by re-interpreting basic tenant of Islam.  The trend that being promoted through khutbas is ‘YES there may be causes dear to Muslim elsewhere in the world, but we need to be concern only of Muslims in N. North America. Some leaders of these Islamic centers have even stated that “there is no uniformity in Islam because of wide spread diversity of Muslims. However they forget that Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) unified numerous different tribes and brought them under uniformed way of Islam.  Ashura the 10th day of Muharram reminds every Muslim the ultimate sacrifice that Imam Hussain offered by laying his life for the Ummah. Because of his sacrifice, Islam and concept of Ummah is alive today.

Psychological war – the second phase of war on terror also have the same objective i.e for Muslims to forget the concept of Ummah. Through continuous efforts using technology and modern marketing tools, Muslims are being led to believe that they are to be responsible for all evils of the world. So much so that the faith that promotes itself as the faith of peace, ‘Buddhism’ have started a hate campaign against Muslims around the world. Human Right Watch and Times Magazine have listed these Buddhist leaders of Burma as terrorist of the peaceful faith. Considering as opportunity of the century, RSS, the terrorist group of India is collaborating with Buddhist terrorist in state sponsored pogrom of Muslims.  Most of Muslim youth may have never heard of the state of “Arakan’ and ‘Rakhine’ where thousands of Muslims have been butchered with the world and Muslim Ummah watching helpless.  Attached article is a humble effort to increase awareness of our Muslim brothers and sisters in Arakan. This author had published a brochure in Seattle about 15 years ago highlighting the suffering of Rhogyngia Muslims as they are known today. Read details of atrocities being committed by the Buddhist regime of Mynamar/Burma while Ummah and the rest of the world watching silently.

FACTS about LIES and ATTACK ON PAKISTAN's IDELOGY

Pakistan is passing through its most difficult time, even worse then 1971.  Today Pakistan and its ideology is being attacked both from outside as well as inside. After destroying its education system and disrupting the civil society via war on terror, failing to win the heart and mind of Pakistani people, its enemies have turned their attention to information war.  Disinformation spread through NGO's and paid media within Pakistan are making efforts to re-write history.  Daily DAWN, largest English media news paper at the forefront of this secular disinformation has recently published a brazen attack on the ideology of Pakistan. Unfortunately this newspaper has a policy not to provide opportunity for rebuttal even comments goes into cyberspace. For that reason Dr. Kausar Talat is using his blog to provide facts behind the creation of Pakistan.

REINCARNATION OF HITLER

What does the 2014 elections in India means to the world and to its neighbors particularly to Pakistan.  Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif attendance to Modi's ceremony was a political decision that must be applauded. However Nawaz Sharif must remember history and past experience in dealing with India. Modi has a record to recon with, however it is expected that West will deal with Modi on similar terms as with Hitler, meaning economical benefit.

For Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif could do himself a favor if he read the article of William Darlymple, a British writer and journalist in Afghanistan..............  Dr. Kausar Talat in this article describe President elect Nerander Modi's personality, his history as politician of Gujarat, the agenda his party RSS wants to implement and a word of caution for Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif.........More

NGOs - "Non Governemnt Organizations" or are they NO GOOD ORGANIZATIONS ....An analysis of their modus operandi and effects on Pakistan and other countries

NGOs known as non government organizations work for the benefit of humanity all over the world, to educate the illiterate, feed the hungry and eliminate poverty. In reality most are NO GOOD ORGANIZATIONS that are special interest groups designed and used as extensions of the normal foreign policy instrument of certain Western countries and groups of countries. Unselected, unelected self- appointed altruists, with no constituency and accountability answerable to no-one, financed and controlled by foreign entities with specific agenda...........Read on

WMD - Weapon of Mass Disruption attack on Pakistan Armed Forces

WMD – Weapon of Mass Disruption attack on Pakistan Armed Forces

As much as we condemn attack on Hamid Mir, we must castigate and denunciate those who with no evidence attacked Pak Army. According to Sun Tsu; “To subdue the enemy without fighting is the supreme excellence”.  Until further investigation, this incidence should be considered as a part of psychological warfare. The incidence itself can be considered as low intensity “WMD – Weapon of Mass Disruption” to disrupt and divide society, increase chaotic conditions.

Pakistan is under socio-economical and socio-psychological attack from its enemies who very much like to denuclearize the country. An undeclared war with ferocious intensity! Incidence of Hamid Mir is a notch up in an effort to keep Pakistan Army busy within and not focus on the exodus of the US and NATO from Afghanistan. This undeclared PSYOP warfare campaign is a war of the minds and nerves.  Primary target of WMD (weapon of mass disruption) is sight and sound. We have both in HM incidence – sound of GEO, JANG and DAWN and sight of HM lying in hospital. In this attack PSYOP is disseminated through audio visual means (TV), visual media, political leaders (PM and other govt officials with vested interest) and the talk show pundits paid by their handlers.  It does not matter how the WMD was sent or fired, but the message it carries and this message affect the recipients- Pakistanis.

So a word of advice for Pakistanis is what the enemy’s objective is to appeal to intelligence, reason, and emotions to get Pakistanis to think and act as the enemy desire. The enemy wants to persuade Pakistani nation to disassociate with the ONLY institution that guarantee their freedom and safety. Pakistanis as a nation must stand up against their own media by boycotting and ostracizing GEO, JANG and DAWN.  Use the American public strategy of hurting these bigots where it impact the most- the pocket book. While proscribing these media hubs, we must display positivity, have faith in our belief, and remain discipline by remembering Shaheed Salahuddin – a journalist of much higher caliber killed in Karachi in December 1994, whose killers yet to be apprehended. Salahuddin family was offered 5 lakh rupees by Nawaz Sharif but no judicial commission was announced then.

Future

"Why should I ask the wise man: Whence is my beginning?
I am busy with the thought: what will be my end?"

A voice from Pakistan!!!!! 'positive Pakistan'

A short but heart warming journey to Pakistan in search of positivity in the land of pure that is the target of an undeclared psychological war that is unheard before. A war of nerves and negativity with spread of promiscuity and division of society spearheaded by its own media. But even in these hard times I found a voice, a positive and determined - the voice of 'positive Pakistan' organization. Organization of Pakistani youth firmly believe to carry on the vision of Dr. Mohammad Iqbal and the message of Mohammad Ali Jinnah.  Strikingly surprising an amazing bunch of young men and women who could use every Pakistani support locally or overseas. Following is a brief description of the organization.

SCHOOLING PAKISTAN

Immediately after 9/11 incidence, Pakistanis have witnessed an increased activity of global NGOs , specifically from the West in the education sector.  As if the whole Pakistani nation has plunges into the darkness of illiteracy and ignorance. That the only solution is in the magical policies and curriculum administered by these NGOs.  Pakistan is the only country in the world where its citizens are taught in a foreign language instead of their own national language.  What this foreign language has done to the Pakistani society? What have been the consequences? How it has impacted the whole nation?

To learn that please read on by clicking the link  below - recent research conducted by Dr. Kausar Talat.
